These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of storage.verofin.co (the "Site") and purchase of the Storage Claim Evidence Kit (the "Product") from POWERFUL INSIGHT VENTURES LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

The Product includes:

• Forced entry evidence photo checklist

• Ownership and value inventory templates
• Facility evidence request templates
• Denial letter and policy documentation guide
• Quick reference and submission checklist

3. Price and Payment

The Product is sold for a one-time payment of $29.00 USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are available only for non-delivery or corrupt/incomplete files (see Refund Policy for details).

4. Delivery

The Product is delivered as a downloadable ZIP file immediately after successful payment. You are responsible for downloading and saving the file.

5. License and Restrictions

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Product for your own insurance claim documentation.

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the Product
• Modify the Product for commercial use
• Claim authorship of the Product
• Use the Product for any illegal purpose

THE PRODUCT PROVIDES TEMPLATES ONLY. It does not constitute legal advice, insurance advice, or any form of professional consultation. We are not attorneys or insurance advisors. Use of the Product does not create an attorney-client or advisory relationship.

You are solely responsible for consulting with qualified professionals regarding your insurance claim and legal rights.

7. No Guarantees

WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES regarding the outcome of your insurance claim. Use of our Product does not guarantee:

• Claim approval
• Coverage determination
• Settlement amount
• Reversal of denial
• Any specific result

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Product
• Any claim denial or outcome
• Reliance on the Product templates
• Any errors or omissions in the Product

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT ($29.00 USD).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless POWERFUL INSIGHT VENTURES LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Product.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where POWERFUL INSIGHT VENTURES LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
