This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the Storage Claim Evidence Kit from storage.verofin.co, operated by POWERFUL INSIGHT VENTURES LLC.

Digital Product Notice

The Storage Claim Evidence Kit is a digital product delivered as an instant download. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are available only under the specific circumstances described below.

Refundable Circumstances

We provide automatic refunds in the following situations only:

  • Non-Delivery: You completed checkout and payment but did not receive the download link or access to the Product.
  • Corrupt or Incomplete ZIP File: The downloaded ZIP file is missing required PDFs, contains unreadable files, or cannot be extracted.

Not Refundable:

We do NOT offer refunds based on:

  • Satisfaction with the Product ("didn't help my claim")
  • Insurance claim outcome (approval, denial, settlement amount)
  • Insurer decisions or coverage determinations
  • Dissatisfaction with claim results
  • Changes in your situation after purchase
  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind

How to Request a Refund

  • Email used for purchase (or Stripe transaction ID if available)
  • Specific issue (non-delivery or corrupt ZIP details)

Refund Processing

Refunds for qualifying issues are processed within 3-5 business days of approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase.

Please allow your bank or credit card company additional time to post the refund to your account.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems downloading or accessing the Product:

  1. Contact us immediately at matan@verofin.org
  2. We will work to resolve the issue within 24-48 hours
  3. If we cannot resolve the issue and you cannot access the Product, we will provide a full refund

Important: Claim Outcomes Are Not Refundable

Critical Notice:

Our Product provides templates and checklists only. We do not guarantee any specific outcome for your insurance claim. Insurance claim outcomes, insurer decisions, coverage determinations, approval or denial of claims, and settlement amounts are NEVER refundable reasons.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the Product more than once, contact us immediately. We will refund the duplicate purchase(s).

Fraudulent Purchases

If you believe a fraudulent purchase was made using your payment method, contact us immediately. We will work with you and Stripe to resolve the issue.
